Why is it important?
My publication is important because it has shown that African bird eye pepper and Nsukka yellow pepper had the lowest anthracnose incidence and a local accession Ex kunkunu was tolerant to pepper anthracnose.
Perspectives
The publication gives an insight into the pepper accessions that can be cultivated in anthracnose endemic areas in Nigeria with moderate yield.
