Why is it important?

Because humans are destroying God's earth and Christians often think of creation as a place to dominate, this paper suggests an alternative way of reading the Genesis accounts of creation.

Perspectives

Christians and our entanglement with the industrial revolution and the contemporary globalised consumer culture have contributed to ecological destructions. We need to think in new and creative ways about our faith and its sources.
