What is it about?

Delirium is a terrible clinical syndrome in terminal patients, and it is frequent and dangerous. That's why it should be prevented or diagnosed as soon as possible. This paper indicates some of the risk factors, and some remedies. It should be of support to the clinician involved in palliative medicine.
