What is it about?
Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus is an inflammatory disease with no cure. Ultrapotent corticosteroids are the recommended treatment in all clinical guidelines but relapsing is frequent. Fat grafting and adipose derived regenerative cells are a safe and long-lasting alternative to control this disease. Statistical analysis of 39 patients confirm long lasting benefits during, at least, 24 months after treatment.
