Why is it important?

We modeled the prediction of the level of cognitive impairment among older people. The study is important because the findings suggested that as age advances further, the level of cognitive impairment increases. Hence, cost-effective early detection and management are recommended as age advances in order to prevent possible debilitating effects that may occur as a result of increasing level of cognitive impairment.

Perspectives

This article reminded me that my elders contributed very positively and significantly to what I am today. Hence, providing the best quality of health-related care is the least but the most appropriate token of gratitude that I can provide to them on top of the love and affection. It is therefore important that the younger generation learn to understand and value the contributions of their elders. This will contribute in strengthening the value of "providing back the care and affection" to our elders in recognition for what they have made us in the present. The article also highlighted the need and importance of health insurance coverage especially for the senior citizens that will cover the costs of consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments when health care needs arise. As a whole, life needs to be taken cared throughout its span.
