the importance with this article is that it could resonate on a number of individuals and organisations who may be delivering services / training in silos without thinking of the broader issues.
Perspectives
The ability to examine and reflect on practice is a useful skill in that it enabled me to see the bigger picture in that I was constantly delivering training as were many others. Evaluating the effects and providing evidence to change practice proved successful in that a more manageable model developed that was shared by all.
