What is it about?
Insomnia is a common disease. Exercise is a part of sleep hygiene education for patients with insomnia. However, the effect of exercise on insomnia, defined as both sleep disruption and daytime impairment, is unclear. We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis about this theme.
