What is it about?
Holter machine is used for cardiac monitoring. It caused contact dermatitis in my patient as the machine is constantly attached to the chest of the patient.

Perspectives
It was a great experience to counter holter induced contact dermatitis in the patient. However, the contact dermatitis resolved within few days with topical corticosteroids.
