What is it about?
Green Innovation is an important phenomenon in the current strategic and financial environment. We have shown for the first time that using green innovation technologies can lead to enhanced financial performance using green patenting activity. Previously, the emphasis was on social and governance dimensions of sustainable existence, the current study explores the environmental dimension of a sustainable organization.

The current study explores the underexplored dimension of the mediating role of green innovation in the determination of environmental disclosure and financial performance relationship.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long-standing collaborations. This article also adds to the potential strategies to address the contemporary issue of climate control research.
