The importance lies in the early detection of lymphedemas after cancer surgery. This can be achieved by patients and health personell with these questionnaires. When detected, treatment such as complex decongestive therapy can follow.
Perspectives
Patients´ suffering and treatments costs can be reduced when detecting chronic diseases such as lymphedema early.
