What is it about?

The pattern of Indian employment has seen a tremendous change regarding a shift from the government job towards a more competitive and opportunity-based corporate work, and now, this trend is also changed due to the advent of a call centre. The present study investigates the influence of the nature of employment on the locus of control, work motivation and self-esteem.
