What is it about?

The Positive Workplace Framework (PWF) and its accompanying questionnaires, the mental fitness and resiliency inventory (MFRI) and positive leadership inventory (PLI) have been implemented in various Canadian workplace settings. This paper presents its intruduction in Latin America, specifically Guatemala.

Perspectives

The Positive Workplace Framework is a strength-based approached designed to improve workplace well-being. The results from its questionnaires (MFRI and PLI) can be used to monitor progress through time regarding workplace well-being and guide future interventions.
