What is it about?

Many people think that it is about time innovations in developing countries are commercialized. This study tests this notion empirically to see whether it is rational and worth pursuing. Results show that commercializing innovations in the context of current developing country conditions is really not viable. There is a significant gap between the amount researchers are willing to charge and what farmers are willing to pay.
