Uma Arquitetura para Tolerância a Faltas em Serviços Web

What is it about?

Web services have been widely used to solve problems of interope- rability between applications and/or technologies. However, the specifications and standards defined for Web Services do not address solutions for problems related to fault tolerance and high availability of services. To solve this pro- blem, this paper proposes a software architecture for fault tolerance in Web Services. This architecture is responsible for increasing service dependability and maintaining all replicas of a service in a consistent state, having as main characteristic the separation of these replicas in two replication layers.
