Why is it important?
As libraries migrate to new systems, major changes affect people's daily workflows. Teams must prepare by figuring out how we will work together to make that happen with minimal disruption and stress.
Perspectives
When I began this new position, my challenge was how to bring two departments together as one, in preparation for selecting and migrating to an entirely new software system for the library. This is the story of how our team worked together to prepare for that huge change.
