What is it about?
We studied the progression of Cogan-Reese syndrome using multimodal imaging analysis with specular microscopy, anterior segment optical coherence tomography, and ultrabiomicroscopy. The morphologic characteristics of the disease as it progresses are explained in detail, along with its benefits and disadvantages, particularly depending on visibility limitations.

Why is it important?
Because there is no previous study showing the progression of Cogan-Reese syndrome with a multimodal imaging approach. Also, because the study shows which kind of image study is more suitable for any particular stage of the disease.
Perspectives
We believe this study contributes to reaffirm and better understand the sequential progression of Cogan-Reese syndrome at a more detail structural level.
