This work is vital because it discusses a contemporary issue. Individual progress and the economy is tied on the state of the road infrastructure, especially in developing countries where air transport and water transport are constraint by insecurity.

Perspectives

The paper discusses the importance of road transport infrastructure on property values within the West African sub region, using Nigeria and Ghana as a case study. It was observed that road network impacts on the financial values of property.
