What is it about?
We recently published a paper with a detailed description of a numerical model of the larynx -- it is an important step towards segmentation of images obtained with the endoluminal videoendoscopy. The model is known as the ELAM.AI -- Endoluminal Larynx Anatomy Model for Artificial Intelligence use-cases.

Why is it important?
Our ultimate goal is to create machine learning (deep learning) models supporting the detection of various pathologies of the larynx, as part of the diagnostic process.
Perspectives
This is a really important publication for me, because it is the first publication in the context of direct clinical appliance of the ideas described in the text. Also, it was a pleasure working with so determined and professional group of co-authors.
