What is it about?
This study looks at how people with Parkinson’s disease walk and experience tremors when they take their medication versus when they don’t. Using special motion sensors (IMU), we found that walking and tremors improved when patients were on medication. These results could help doctors decide the best timing and dose of medicine for each person.

Why is it important?
This article is important because it shows how medicine helps people with Parkinson’s walk more easily and have fewer tremors. By using motion sensors (IMU), doctors can better understand these changes and adjust treatment so patients feel and move better in daily life.
Perspectives
This challenge contributed to the creation of an open collaboration opportunity with many young researchers worldwide for me.
