Ensuring the stability of underground construction remains a challenge in terms of coal mining. The implementation of effective coal mining technology facilitates high rates of operations and simultaneous exposure of large-scale rocks. This problem is relevant both for Ukraine, where underground coal mining is the main one and for Kazakhstan, where the transition to combined open-underground mining is also underway.
