Why is it important?

Increasing life expectancy is associated increased risk of chronic diseases such as prostatic cancer (Pca). Successfull treatment depends on early diagnosis of Pca. Diagnosis of Pca sometimes may be challenging due to painfull biopsy techniques. So we wanted to share our experience regarding our local anesthesia technique.
