What is it about?
Pseudoangiomatous breast stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is a rare benign mastopathy, characterized by its particular histological aspect with the presence of pseudovascular clefts in a collagenous stroma. Immunohistochemical analysis is the cornerstone of the diagnosis.

Why is it important?
The PASH mainly affects premenopausal women and often goes unnoticed, its discovered by chance during pathological examination. Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia can manifest itself in several clinical forms, but rarely in the nodular form of PASH.
