What is it about?

Installing a DG unit by dividing the system into smaller zones could be more beneficial, as the DG units will be spread across the system. Identification of the unintentional islanding event is also critical.

Why is it important?

The entire system is divided into different zones and DG units are installed. This gives one perspective of planning the distribution system in future. The islanding is detected in such a scenario, shows very less number of buses being islanded.
