What is it about?

We compared the immediate post injection intraocular pressures of two angles of entry for intravitreal injections, to show that a beveled angle of entry keeps vitreous contents in the eye.

Why is it important?

If intraocular contents leave the eye after injections it could mean that the full dose of medication is not being delivered or that there is a point of entry for pathogens into the eye.
