What is it about?

Knowledge about construction materials, appropriate or best practice construction and managerial skills in construction are held in individual masters sharing of which is dependent on the masters willingness and ability to access trainees. i sharing knowledge, such knowledge tend to mature and ultimately hatch out in a more rejuvenated form.

Perspectives

Literature review papers are highly difficult to get through the peer review process. We had several back and from movement to get to the final publication decision albeit not in the journal of our choice.
