Why is it important?

Monitor of Ethanol content in pharmaceutical aerosol products is very important during manufacturing and stability process because aerosol rate, droplet shape and particle size are closely linked to the formulation vapor pressure, which is regulated by the ethanol concentration. To address this challenge, a simple, accurate and quantitative analysis method for the determination of Ethanol content is needed as the standard method of quality control for aerosol manufacturers and as a guide for government related sanitary agencies.
