What is it about?
The research focus on is the comparative study of the lexicon of the language of the chronicles epicsport of football reports written with the lexicon of the language epic in The Poem of the Cid, in orderto track the presence of lexical epic chronicles current sports in The Poem of the Cid. We compare the vocabulary of war, legal, playful, social and magical ten sport reports of the Football World Championship 2010, with the presence of the same vocabulary in The Poem of the Cid.
