What is it about?

We found there to be more evaporation from forest / savanna with more trees and grasses than milled/corn/fallow fields.

Why is it important?

This is a key finding since evaporation is poorly measured, not often validated, and often an estimation. Differences by species and land types are often neglected and ignored.

Perspectives

This is part of my PhD work, however the analysis evolved significantly since my PHD.
