Why is it important?
Our results indicate that the Roy Adaptation Model can be used for patient care and for increasing the patients’ orientation period. In addition, home visit increases patient motivation.
Perspectives
Chronic diseases and associated problems deteriorate the quality of life in populations with increased numbers of elderly individuals. They also increase nursemaids’ work and the costs.
