What is it about?

This article is about 126 consecutive computed tomography (CT)-guided, frame-based stereotactic procedures in 121patients. The cases are presented to evaluate the diagnostic yield, accuracy, complications, management of non-diagnostic cases and followup.

Why is it important?

The diagnostic yield was 93%, and the histological accuracy was 63% with no mortality. The patients were followed up from one month to 17 years.

Perspectives

Writing this article was a great pleasure for me. I performed all stereotactic procedures by myself and meticulously followed the patients for years.
