What is it about?

Character Segmentation of handwritten words is a difficult task because of different writing styles and complex structural features. Segmentation of handwritten text in Devanagari script is an uphill task. The occurrence of a header line, overlapped characters in middle zone & half characters makes the segmentation process more difficultt.
