Why is it important?

It begins ot explore the effects of using ancient lanaguages as a means of communication on teaching and learning through various action research case studies. This will have implications for ancient language pedagogy in broad geographical and educational contexts.

Perspectives

As one who has benefited from using Latin as a means of communication, I want to encourage others to try it and to help determine benefits and challenges. I see this collection of case studies as and opening gambit in a conversation about how we research and improve understanding of and practice in ancient language pedagogy more broadly too.
