Perspectives

This publication underscores a crucial aspect of Pakistan's war against terrorism. Despite the political rhetoric, there has not been any structured effort by the state to generate the epistemology and develop a narrative paradigm to deal with the non-state violence by applying soft power instruments. This article details all of these and many more important issues to this end.
