Why is it important?
This book would be a practical guide on establishing ear surgery in a Department. It is an account on a step by step approach,how to start, the hurdles which might be faced and how to overcome the hurdles on account of the author's first hand experience.
Perspectives
Writing this book was a great pleasure. Encouraged by my brother cum friend cum student Dr. Swagatam Banerjee, who gave a different point of view to all the chapters of the book.
