Foraminifera distribution is directly affected by currents, changes in nutrients and freshwater supplies, this work is focus on diversity and how it is affected by those factors.
Perspectives
The caribbean with near 1900 species, has different microenvironments which seems to be a refugie for new evolving benthic foraminifera, is important to know all these species and how the response to climate change
