The international actorness of the European Union is structured on multiple actions and on differentiated policies. Policy to fight the organized crime is inserted in the most part of the international agreement European Union signed with third country and, for this reason, is to be considered a relevant topic for the international action of the European Union

Why is it important?
My findings show that a policy which is traditionally linked to domestic security is considered to be relevant for international security
Perspectives
This article is part of my research which aims at analysing the process of development of a new concept of security in the European Union. The concept of "Holistic security" is changing the traditional difference between "domestic" and "external" security.
