What is it about?

With the growing popularity and safety concerns about raw pet food diets, it is imperative that rapid and accurate detection methods are available to facilitate the prompt identification of Salmonella contamination problems. We demonstrated that the Salmonella LAMP method was a rapid, reliable, and robust approach for routine screening for Salmonella in raw pet food products, which will help better ensure product safety and protect public health.
