What is it about?
Heavy metals (HMs) are an indispensable part of industrial and agricultural development. While Jilin Province, China has been concerned about the pollution of HMs in grains. We has detected the content of HMs in 13 kinds of grains, and employed target hazard quotient (THQ) and hazard index (HI) to evaluate potential risk to human health.
