Occurrence of Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli in Raw Sheep's Milk from Farm Bulk Tanks in Central Italy

What is it about?

The milking phase represents an important way of introduction of two microbial contaminants as Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli, which could be a concern for consumers . This study aimed to examine the occurrence and concentration of these microorganisms in milk samples collected from farm bulk tanks in Lazio region.
