What is it about?

The milking phase represents an important way of introduction of two microbial contaminants as Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli, which could be a concern for consumers . This study aimed to examine the occurrence and concentration of these microorganisms in milk samples collected from farm bulk tanks in Lazio region.
