What is it about?

Research Question: How to accurately measure food safety knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of foodservice workers employed in a healthcare foodservice operation? _x000D_ Key Findings: In this survey validation study, a 40 item self-assessment survey instrument tool was developed and psychometrically analyzed through content validity testing, test-retest reliability testing, internal consistency testing, and construct validity testing. At the completion of the pilot test (n=211) and final survey revision, the tool was deemed valid and reliable to use to measure knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of foodservice workers who serve immunocompromised patients.
