Certainly, vegetables serve as an essential diet- nourishment resource and stable for all humans due to their rich nutritional values. Nevertheless, they are quite vulnerable to parasite contamination. In developing countries, the transmission of parasites to vegetables is either due to: sewage contamination of irrigation water, untreated organic matter when used as fertilizer as well as during handling, washing, transfer, and storage of vegetables .
