What is it about?

Fresh produce is often dropped by customers and employees at grocery stores, which may result in contamination.We have shown that dropped produce can uptake good number of bacterial pathogens and upon consumption, it can cause illness. So we recommend that better food handling practices and training is needed to educate people and employees to protect public health.
