What is it about?
The four-dimensional mathematics creates the construction of the four-dimensional Super Universe, and our three-dimensional Universe is the surface volume of the Super Universe. In the Super Universe the matter is Black Holes, the mass of which increases as the distance from the surface volume inreases.

Why is it important?
The prominent achievement in mathematics is the formula of the surface volume of the four-dimensional sphere. According to this formula the volume of our three-dimensional Universe has been calculated. The theory has been proved to be correct by the redshift measurements from distant galaxies.
Perspectives
This paper is the fourth publication in which the four-dimensional mathematics has been created for the construction of a new kind of four-dimensional Super Universe.
