What is it about?

The study described experience of last decade of ART program of Delhi. Results shows that the national policy of delivering services through standalone ART centres need to be now decentralized by National Policy Makers. Measures like point of care CD4 testing, involving general health services for delivering ART and increasing the level of CD4 cut off from 350 to 500 cells per cu mm to reduce no. Of clients in preART may help improve retention in HIV care in the country.
