Cockcroft–Gault formula is commonly used to estimate creatinine clearance in dosing. We reviewed the product labels of 29 antineoplastic drugs the formula or creatinine clearance is mentioned for dose adjustment.

Why is it important?

The product labels of 18 (62%) of the reviewed drugs provided limited information on renal dosing or did not recommend creatinine clearance for dose adjustments.
