What is it about?

This study aims to investigate hematological abnormalities in Ukrainian patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and analyze their causes.

Why is it important?

Despite some success in the study of thecRA pathogenesis, the stabilization of its clinical features is difficult toobtain. In this case, various RA extra-articular manifestations,including the blood system, aggravate its course and significantlycomplicate the therapy efficiency and opportunities.

Perspectives

Thus, in patients with RA, serious hematological abnormalitiesviolations that can be caused by the activity of the disease wererevealed. Therefore, patients with RA requires regular hematologicalmonitoring and, if necessary, timely and adequate correction of anyviolations.
