Retrospective analysis was done to reach the defaulters of immunization through records. They were interviewed and asked about the reasons of incomplete immunization. Most astonishing results were that some of these had already been vaccinated and yet the records were not updated. Moreover, migratory population also added to the list who could not be traced. Some of these had crossed due dates due to inadequate knowledge of next session.
