What is it about?

Dapsone is a drug commonly used to treat dermatological conditions including acne and leprosy (a known persister bacteria). We tested 100 patients with Lyme disease , 56 of whom were also Babesia positive, with our Dapsone protocol. Patients monitored their symptoms both before and after our Dapsone protocol. Results indicated that our Dapsone protocol significantly improved all their clinical symptoms except headache. Patients with Lyme disease and Babesia also demonstrated significant changes in pain, disturbed sleep, and cognitive difficulties. We discuss dealing with potential side effects of our Dapsone protocol.
