Comparison of toxicokinetic parameters of a drug and two metabolites following traditional and capillary microsampling in rat

What is it about?

A study was conducted in rats to compare the pharmacokinetic parameters of a drug and 2 of its metabolites from blood samples collected as 300 microliter aliquots or 32 microliter microsamples. There was no statistically significant difference between AUCs from the 2 sampling methods.
