What is it about?

New types of medicine called therapeutic antibodies are increasingly being applied in clinical settings. Therapeutic antibodies are composed of proteins and they have different structural properties from existing small molecule medicines. Thus, alternative approaches are needed for measuring therapeutic antibodies. Our study developed a rapid and practical method for measuring denosumab, a therapeutic antibody used to prevent skeletal-related events like fractures, in the serum of cancer patients.
